Pamela Chaisson

Pamela Chaisson is currently the VP Team Services at Charter One. Pamela has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations Management. Pamela has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs that improve employee relations, retention, and succession planning. Pamela also has a strong background in training and development, total compensation strategies, and global HR best practices.

Pamela Chaisson attended Providence College for their undergraduate degree, where they majored in law and psychology. Pamela then went on to earn their CHRM from Bryant University in human resource administration.

Their manager is John Balliett, CEO. Pamela Chaisson works with Peter Dolan - President & COO, Melissa Masiello - Director of Accounting.
