Caroline Smith

Caroline Smith, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the pharma and research industry. Caroline most recently served as the Senior Director of Client Services at Charter Research, where they previously held the positions of Client Services Director and Regulatory Director. Prior to that, Caroline worked as a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant at ZS and as a Strategy and Consulting MBA Summer Associate at Pfizer. Caroline began their career at Compass Research - Bioclinica Research Network, where they held various roles including Research Manager, Clinical Operations Coordinator, and Regulatory Associate.

Caroline Smith, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Caroline attended the program from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their MBA, Caroline completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Caroline Smith also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which they obtained in March 2020 from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
