Cindy Horgan

Cindy Horgan has a diverse background in administrative and operational roles, currently serving as an Office Administrator, Operations Coordinator, Talent Acquisition / EDC, and EDC Manager at Charter Research since September 2021. Previously, Cindy worked at W.L. Gore & Associates from January 2019 to October 2021, providing administrative support for marketing and technical leaders while demonstrating a high level of organizational and multitasking abilities. At Tatnall School, from 2003 to October 2021, Cindy coordinated day-to-day functions for the Head of Middle School and served as a key point of contact among various stakeholders. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at 1492 Hospitality Group from 1992 to June 2003 and managing banquet operations at Columbus Inn from 1988 to 1992. Cindy holds a degree in Business Administration from Goldey Beacom.
