Pamela Inbasekaran

Pamela Inbasekaran currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Charter School Growth Fund, a position held since July 2021. Previously, Pamela held various leadership roles at Relay Graduate School of Education from July 2012 to May 2021, including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Talent Officer, and Director of Talent, where responsibilities encompassed managing national teams, shaping future business models, and driving talent development initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Community Engagement at North Star Academy Charter School of Newark, Senior Associate Director of Recruitment at Uncommon Schools, and Special Education Teacher/Coordinator at Teach For America. Pamela holds an Executive Education credential from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/American Culture from the University of Michigan.
