Esmeralda Ramirez

Esmeralda Ramirez has extensive experience in student data services, currently serving as the Director Of Student Data Services at CSMC - Charter School Management Corporation, Inc. since May 2013. In this role, Esmeralda manages a team focused on PowerSchool support, oversees the generation and communication of student data reports, and provides guidance on data submissions for compliance. Esmeralda has developed training programs and conducted seminars on reporting requirements for California schools, executed major information system conversions, and responded to district data requests. Previously, Esmeralda served as Information Systems Manager at The Accelerated School from August 2002 to April 2013, handling state reporting and PowerSchool administration while providing support for data collection and compliance efforts.
