Brittany Lott-Thomas

Brittany Lott-Thomas is an experienced professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Sales Marketing at Charter Senior Living since August 2025. Brittany is also the Owner of Thomas Vending Machines since April 2021. Prior roles include Sales Director at Five Star Senior Living and Sales Counselor positions at Senior Lifestyle and United Group from 2023 to 2023, and 2021 to 2023, respectively. Additionally, Brittany was the Director at Paparazzi Accessories from May 2018 to January 2023. Brittany holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from The University of Toledo and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. Brittany obtained an Assisted Living Administrator Certification from LifeSpan Institution/The Beacon in July 2025.
