Carol Simbeya

Carol Simbeya, MBA, CMP, serves as the Divisional Director of Sales at Brookdale, the largest provider of senior living options in the United States, where Carol has developed metrics-based strategies for outreach and growth since March 2012. Previously, Carol held positions as a National Sales & Marketing Specialist and as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at The Manor at Hamlet Village. In addition, Carol worked as the Corporate Director of Sales at Charter Senior Living, focusing on enhancing residents' independence and dignity. Carol's extensive experience includes roles in business office management and marketing across various senior living communities, complemented by an MBA in Health Care Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ursuline College.
