Regional Sales and Marketing Director Tara Tosh was a rare and valuable acquisition for Charter. Tara’s background as a Licensed Practical Nurse, her degree in business administration, and her experience in senior living operations make her a uniquely well-rounded member of the team. Tara’s entire career has been centered on elder care. She started from humble beginnings, working in food service at a retirement community. From there, she quickly climbed the professional ladder with continuing education and on-the-job leadership. One of the many strengths Tara brings to the table is her bird’s eye view of the industry. Her personal experience serving in so many different care capacities has endowed her with exceptional insight into sales and marketing.
