Craig Halsema is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a strong background in management and technical roles within the manufacturing and steel industries. Currently serving as Service Manager at Charter Steel since September 2016, Craig supports a 600,000 ton per year steel rolling mill, emphasizing safety and operational efficiency. Previously, as Director of Engineering at Felins, Craig led the design and implementation of automated systems for commercial laundry applications. With a long tenure at John Deere, Craig held multiple positions, including Supervisor of Factory Scheduling and Factory Master Scheduler, where responsibilities included production scheduling and supply chain management. Craig's career also includes roles at Plexus Corp. and Trostel, complemented by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
