Mark Terrian has over 30 years of experience in project and customer service management. Currently serving as the Project Manager of Customer Success at Charter Steel since October 2003, Mark previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Mark worked as the Materials Manager at Milwaukee Wire Products from 1988 to 2003. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Lubar College of Business and completed secondary education at Brookfield Central High School.
