Steve Wojnar is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Production Manager at Charter Steel since November 2015. In this role, Steve collaborates with the operations management team to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to Charter Steel, Steve worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Racine Metal-Fab Ltd, focusing on custom sheet metal fabrication for the Lighting and Medical sectors. Steve also held the position of Business Unit Manager at Fisher-Barton Specialty Products, overseeing manufacturing for the Commercial and Agricultural Industries. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at SPX Transformer Solutions, Twin Disc, and GE Medical, where Steve specialized in final assembly, manufacturing engineering, and project management. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and an Associate's degree in Combustion Engines Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
