Tim Fingeroos has extensive experience in the steel industry, holding various positions at Charter Steel since February 1997, culminating in the role of Technical Services Manager, where oversight of customer technical services, claim resolution, and product development is primary. Tim has effectively managed a team of 12 metallurgical engineers and previously served as Demand and Planning Manager, ERP implementation lead, Operations Product Manager, and Quality/Technical Manager in both Rolling and Processing divisions, focusing on quality and production aspects. Prior to Charter Steel, Tim worked in Quality Control at US Steel from 1994 to 1996 and holds an MS in Management from Purdue University Northwest and a BS in Materials Engineering from Purdue University.
