Donna Rubinate has over 36 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Donna has held various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at CharterCARE Health Partners since 2019. Prior to that, they served as Interim Vice President/CNO/Operations at Steward Norwood Hospital in 2015 and as President at Steward Quincy Medical Center in 2013. Donna was also a part of the corporate operations team at Steward Healthcare in 2015. Before joining Steward, Donna Rubinate worked as the COO at Steward Good Samaritan Medical Center from 2009 to 2013 and as the VP Patient Care and Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Anne's Hospital from 2005 to 2009. Donna began their career at BroMenn Healthcare in 1983, where they held the position of VP Clinical Services until 2005.

Donna Rubinate obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Penn State University, which they pursued from 1973 to 1977. Later on, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business-Health care from California Coast University, which they attended from 2002 to 2004.
