Kylie Fisher

As Chief Information Officer, Kylie leads our technology teams to support the information and services needs of our 131,000 members and our employees.

Kylie is accountable for developing our data-led approach to delivering personalised digital member experiences and ensuring the right foundations are in place for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) to harness the best of technology in a continually evolving and digital world.

Kylie is a business-focused leader who has held senior IT leadership roles at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand since 2014. Recently, Kylie led the teams establishing the foundations for the organisation’s digital transformation and played a key role in the development of our digital transformation and delivery roadmap - one of the pillars of our strategic refresh. Delivering our digital transformation is her key focus from now until 2025.

In previous roles at CA ANZ, she led the delivery of technology solutions to improve member experience such as the digitisation of member events, the launch of My CA and the estore platforms and our transition to cloud-based platforms.

Kylie brings to the role expertise in delivering large-scale technology programs, implementing cloud technology, IT architecture and agile delivery frameworks. She is passionate about developing talented teams and championing change and innovation.
