Mark comes to this role with an extensive background in aligning organisational capability to produce exceptional outcomes for customers. After four years with CA ANZ, he is uniquely positioned to use these experiences to significantly increase our ability to support Members as they develop, build and amplify their careers in whichever direction or industry they choose.

It is all about the ‘Member’ and the challenge for the Member Engagement Team is to truly generate a culture of Member centricity, and put Members at the heart of all decisions.

Mark will connect with the profession to improve and develop services so that our Members can serve their clients with confidence, knowledge and integrity.
