Jo O'Sullivan

Jo O'Sullivan has extensive experience in fundraising and training within the charity sector. Jo currently serves as the Director of UHCW Charity, where Jo manages initiatives to benefit staff, patients, and families at University Hospital Coventry. Additionally, Jo works as an Associate Trainer at the Institute of Fundraising and as the Director of 14 Training and Consultancy, offering specialized training programs. Previously, Jo held roles at various organizations, including Ronald McDonald House Charities and Birmingham Children's Hospital, where Jo significantly increased fundraising income and developed strategic partnerships. Jo holds an MBA from Warwick University Business School and is also an accredited trainer for De Bono 'Six Thinking Hats'.
