Ruth Ferguson

Ruth Ferguson is an experienced English Linguist at Morningside since September 2019 and a Student Affiliate at the Chartered Institute of Linguists since September 2017. Previously, Ruth served as Chair of The Middle Common Room at St. John's College Durham, where responsibilities included interpreting constitutional documents and organizing committee meetings. Ruth also held roles as Food and Formals Officer, managing college formal dinners, and as an Open Day Ambassador for Durham University, welcoming prospective students. Prior experience includes a translation internship at UNIQ GmbH, customer service roles at Marks and Spencer and Co-op, and comprehensive educational qualifications, including a Master of Arts in Language Translation and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Durham University.
