Soheila Phillips

Soheila Phillips has extensive experience in membership and engagement management, currently serving as the Membership and Engagement Manager at the Chartered Institute of Linguists since October 2007. In this role, Soheila develops and delivers CPD sessions and communications aimed at enhancing member growth and retention. Previously, Soheila held the position of Events and Networks Manager, where the focus was on engaging linguists through webinars and events, as well as expanding the institute's networks. Earlier experience includes roles as Account Manager at Precise Media and The Profile Group (UK) Ltd. Soheila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Linguistics from Queen Mary, University of London.
