Erica Ramey

Erica Ramey has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and recruitment, holding various managerial and specialist roles across several organizations. Currently, Erica serves as the Manager of Recruitment at CPA Ontario since December 2021, focusing on attracting ethical talent aligned with the organization's mission. Prior to this, Erica was the Recruitment Lead at Tandia Financial Credit Union and held positions at the Centre for Diverse Learners, overseeing operations and leadership in advocacy for learning disabilities. Additional experience includes senior roles at TJX Canada, Giftcraft, Allegis Group, and Accenture, spanning over two decades in the HR field. Erica Ramey holds a Business Administration degree from Sheridan College and a Mental Health First Aid Certificate from the Canadian Mental Health Association.
