Shouvik Roy, CPA, CA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Mentor in the Innovation Leadership Accelerator at CPA Ontario and as an Advisor at MaRS Discovery District, Shouvik also holds the position of CFO at Cymax Group Technologies. Previous roles include CFO at Drop, CFO at VersaPay during its $126 million acquisition by Great Hill Partners, and Director of Finance at FreshBooks, a leading cloud accounting provider. Earlier career highlights include significant positions at Linamar, Nike, and The Home Depot, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial management, team leadership, and strategic execution. Shouvik holds an Hons. BBA Co-op in Accounting and Business/Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and has further education from the Investment Banking Institute.
