Jakaria Kowser has worked in various roles since 2016. Jakaria began their career at Group of Company as an Admin & Accounts in 2016. In 2017, they joined JK Associates as a Managing Partner and also worked as a Manager Corporate Strategy at CS Law Firm. Currently, they are the CEO & Co-Founder of Chartered Skills®.

Jakaria Kowser has a diverse educational background. Jakaria began their studies in 2015, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dhaka in 2017. Jakaria then went on to pursue a Chartered Secretary degree from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh in 2016. Jakaria also studied Tax Law/Taxation to become an Income Tax Practitioner at the National Board of Revenue (NBR), Bangladesh. In 2019, they earned a PGDHRM in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the Bangladesh Institute of Management. Lastly, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University | Bangladesh.
