Lorna Newton

Lorna Newton is a Project Support Executive at the Chartered Trading Standards Institute since September 2021, with previous experience as a Consumer Advisor at the UK European Consumer Centre from November 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on consumer rights. Prior roles include Studio Manager at Photo Corporation Ltd from February 2013 to November 2015, where Lorna successfully managed team performance and increased revenue, and positions at Smith's Brasserie as a Waitress and Londis as a Sales Assistant, where customer service and operational efficiency were key. Lorna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Contemporary Photographic Practice from Northumbria University and is currently pursuing ISO 9001:2015 training courses.
