Before joining Charterhouse, Katherine held leadership roles in risk management, treasury, and corporate governance at The Edge Partnership and BTI Executive Search. With over 18 years of experience in executive search and recruitment, Katherine has successfully placed professionals in key roles within the financial services industry in Asia Pacific. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences degree in Economics and Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
