Rob McLoughlin began their work experience in 2009 as a Financial Complaints Advisor at Complaint Handling Services Limited. In 2011, they moved on to become a RBS/NatWest Complaints Handler at NatWest Group. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Sky as part of the Customer Service and Retention Team. Since 2017, they have been with Charterhouse Voice & Data, starting as a junior account manager and now working in New Business Development. At Charterhouse, they assist organizations in finding tailored and cost-effective solutions for their Telecom and IT requirements, including Cloud Telephony, storage and computing, cyber security, and fraud protection.
Rob McLoughlin attended Saint Mary's High School & Sixth Form College from 2001 to 2007. During this time, they obtained 11 GCSEs, including Maths, English, and Science. Rob also achieved 1 AS level and 4 A Levels, although the field of study for these qualifications is not specified.
Following their secondary education, Rob enrolled at the University of Hull from 2008 to 2011. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in English Literature.
