The staff and leadership of Chartiers Center are committed to providing compassionate support to those in need who face behavioral health, co-occurring disorders, or IDD challenges as they transform their lives. The Agency has grown its service offerings so that a wide range of programs, service types and service locations are available to adults with intellectual disabilities, consumers with behavioral health needs, individuals and families dealing with substance abuse and the homeless community. Services range from treatment and medication monitoring, to day programs, outpatient therapy, substance abuse services (treat consumers 12 years of age and older ), case management and residential programs to serve a variety of consumer needs and multiple housing options to support the homeless or those at risk of losing their home.

The Clinical and Rehabilitation Team at Chartiers Center provides comprehensive support and care to individuals facing behavioral health challenges, co-occurring disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Team members include LTSR Aides who assist in long-term structured residences, Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Workers who deliver onsite support, Licensed Clinical Psychotherapists offering therapeutic services, Social Rehabilitation Coordinators guiding social reintegration efforts, and Substance Abuse Therapists addressing addiction treatment needs. Together, they work towards holistic rehabilitation and improved quality of life for their clients.

The Coordinators and Specialists team at Chartiers Center is dedicated to ensuring the seamless delivery of diverse programs and services. The Program Specialist develops and oversees program protocols, the HMIS Coordinator manages the Homeless Management Information System to track and address homelessness, the Administrative Services Coordinator supports the organizational and clerical needs of the agency, and the Blended Service Coordinator integrates services across various departments to ensure holistic and cohesive care for clients. Together, they facilitate comprehensive support for individuals facing behavioral health challenges, substance abuse, IDD, and homelessness.
