Anish Shah has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anish started their career as a Partner at Shah & Bhandari, a chartered accountancy firm in India. Anish worked there for two years, handling project finance, audits, and income tax matters for clients.
Afterwards, they joined Grant Thornton Bahrain as a Cost & Budget Auditor. During their time there, they worked closely with the CFO of Al Salam Bank, focusing on financial controls and regulatory requirements. Anish also got involved in the implementation of TEMENOS modules.
In 2007, they joined Temenos as a Product Manager, specializing in Regulatory Compliance. Anish played a key role in developing the long-term product strategy and successfully closing sales deals.
In 2017, Anish moved to AxiomSL as the Head of Partnerships for the EMEA region. Their responsibilities included launching a partner program, forming partnership strategies, and achieving commercial success through collaboration with product and sales teams. Anish later took on the role of Product Director, where they led the product strategy and management function for the EMEA region.
Their most recent role is as a Research Principal at Chartis Research, where they are responsible for research and overseeing the organization's projects and initiatives.

Anish Shah has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Anish then pursued a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completing it from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Associate Chartered Accountant from the same institute in 2004. Finally, in 2005 to 2006, Anish Shah attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to pursue a degree in Information System Audit, specializing in Systems Audit.
