Thomas Anastaselos has a wide range of work experience. Thomas started their career in 2005 as a freelancer web developer. In 2008, they served in the Hellenic Army as a Private, where they were trained in military tactics, leadership, ethics and medical aid. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Powertec as a Project and Application Engineer, designing solutions for projects in the energy space. In 2013, they did an internship at Dassault Systemes in the corporate strategy department, focused on business analysis, planning, market and competitive intelligence. In 2012, they started various side projects, including customer research, product strategy, product validation, go-to-market, partnerships, stakeholder management, A/B testing, and product roadmap. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Infosys as an Associate Director in Business Development and Digital Strategy, and as a Business Development Executive. In 2019, they co-founded Orderstate, an end-to-end, cross-company SaaS platform that allows easy tracking of B2B shipments and connects everyone involved. In 2020, they joined ChartMogul as a Revenue Operations Manager and Sales and Product.

Thomas Anastaselos has an education history that includes a Full time MBA from HEC Paris from 2012 to 2014, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management through an International Exchange Program in 2013, and a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras from 2002 to 2008. Thomas also has two additional certifications, a Software Product Management certification from the University of Alberta obtained in September 2018 and a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in November 2018.
