Alexandre Scott has an extensive background in culinary management and leadership, currently serving as Directeur général adjoint at Chartwell Retirement Residences since March 2021. Prior roles include Regional District Chef Manager and Chef corporatif for gourmet cuisine at Compass Group from July 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the culinary operations at the Musée des beaux-arts du Canada. As a founding member and treasurer for the Fédération culinaire canadienne Outaouais from January 2013 to October 2021, Alexandre contributed to the advancement of the culinary profession. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Chef at Sodexo and Palais des Congrès de Gatineau, as well as various roles in esteemed restaurants and culinary institutions. Alexandre holds a Diplôme d'étude collégial in Culinary Arts and Management from the Centre d'excellence en tourisme de l'Atlantique.
