Rashmi Gandhi is a highly experienced analytical chemist, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Chartwell Pharmaceuticals since April 2022. Previously, Rashmi held the position of Senior Scientist in the Analytical Research & Development department at Lannett Company from June 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included developing efficient and cost-effective assay and impurity analytical methods for over eight ANDA products, as well as managing various analytical experiments for method development and validation. Rashmi's career also includes a significant tenure as a Senior Scientist at Silarx Pharmaceuticals Inc from 1997 to 2015. Educationally, Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from South Gujarat University.
