Joe Perry is a seasoned professional in real estate and development with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate & Development at Port KC since May 2011, Perry leads projects aimed at enhancing the local economy, including developments at Berkley Riverfront and Bally's Casino KC. As a Sales Executive at Chartwell Realty LLC since 2001, Perry provides commercial and residential real estate representation, leveraging extensive expertise in finance, architectural design, and marketing. Additionally, as Owner of Artisan Design + Development since 2015, Perry focuses on revitalizing properties to strengthen community ties. Previously, Perry held key roles including Commercial Director at Gale Communities, Inc., Project Director for the City of Kansas City, and Project Manager at HNTB, overseeing significant urban planning and development projects. Perry holds a BSBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Architecture in Architecture and Urban Design from The University of Kansas.
