Erik Larson is an accomplished professional in learning and development with extensive experience leading initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning & Development at Chartwells School Dining Services K12, Erik oversees learning strategy and implementation for 18,000 associates across 750 school districts. Previously, Erik held roles at Compass Group USA as HR Learning & Development Director, where responsibilities included the oversight of a Learning Management System for 200,000 associates, and at TiER1 Performance Solutions as Principal Consultant, leading global client engagements and major change initiatives. Additional experience includes program management at Bayer HealthCare, where Erik successfully increased enrollment in management programs and implemented cost-saving training solutions at Medrad and Ericsson Inc. Erik holds a Certificate in Multimedia Technology from Duquesne University and a B.S. in Communications Media with an emphasis on Organizational Development and Instructional Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
