Nicole Cassata is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Since August 2004, Nicole has served as a Partner at both Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC and chasan leyner & lamparello. Prior to these positions, Nicole worked as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office from September 2003 to July 2004 and completed a law clerk position under the Honorable Carmen Messano from September 2002 to August 2003. Nicole obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2002, and also attended Fairfield University.
