Dana Kobrin

Dana Kobrin, LMSW, currently serves as a Social Work Case Manager II at Chase Brexton Health Care, providing comprehensive social work case management and outreach services to patients. Previously, Dana was a Supported Employment Specialist at Jewish Community Services, facilitating career coaching for adults with disabilities, and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
