Jeff Strickland

Jeff Strickland has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the chemical industry. Jeff started their career as a Control Systems Engineer at Shell Oil in 1990. After that, they worked as a Process Engineer at Sterling Chemicals from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, they joined Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. as a Plant Manager and Regional Manager, where they were responsible for managing chemical manufacturing facilities and overseeing production, maintenance, transportation operations, quality, and human resources. In 2006, they moved on to Solutia, where they served as an AN Ops Support Supervisor, leading a team of process engineers and providing technical support for acrylonitrile production units. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Process Engineer at INEOS Styrenics. Since 2012 until present, Jeff has been working at JX Nippon Chemical Texas Inc (JXNCTI) as a SAS Process Engineer, where they have been responsible for making process improvements, project implementation, process monitoring, process safety, and environmental permit reporting. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Chase Corporation as a Process Engineer.

Jeff Strickland completed their education at Texas Tech University, where they earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering in 1990.
