Robert Kearney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert began their career in 2014 as a Co-op Engineer at Valspar, where they gained hands-on experience working with process engineers, maintenance, and the QC lab. Robert also had the opportunity to work on small projects that improved their problem-solving skills.

In 2015, Robert continued their Co-op Engineer role at Valspar, this time working alongside scientists on the Resin Research & Development team. Robert learned how to operate new testing equipment, improve the quality of daily batches, and integrate lab data with the process engineering team's scale-up data.

In 2016, they joined Epiphany Solar Water Systems as a Junior Engineer. Here, they built a water distillation unit and conducted tests to analyze data for recycling methanol from wastewater in order to reduce methanol consumption by fracking companies.

Later in 2016, Robert returned to Valspar as a Co-op Engineer, where they redesigned the War Room, implemented new procedures to reduce defective batches, and led lean manufacturing and plant upgrade projects.

In 2018, they joined Emerson as a Field Engineer, specializing in troubleshooting, installing, and upgrading control systems at water treatment facilities and power plants. Robert also worked closely with customers to meet their expectations in the field.

Robert then transitioned to Compunetics in 2019 as a Process Engineer, where they continued to utilize their expertise in troubleshooting and improving process systems.

Currently, they are working as a Process Engineer at Chase Corporation, starting in 2021. The specific details of their role at Chase Corporation have not been provided.
