Kristina Mattson

Kristina Mattson is a seasoned professional in the real estate and service industries, currently serving as the Director of Agent Support and Services at Chase International since September 2020, focusing on agent support, training, and growth. Previously, Kristina held the position of Vice President of Operations for Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate at Engel & Völkers for a brief period and has extensive experience at Chase International as a Regional Real Estate Manager, Coach, and Trainer from November 2011 to July 2020. Earlier in the career, Kristina worked at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage managing property administration and at Grub Steak Restaurant in various roles, including Restaurant Manager. Kristina holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communications from Truckee Meadows Community College.
