David Woodward

David Woodward is a seasoned executive search and talent development professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Chasm Partners since February 2017, Woodward focuses on helping innovative and growth-oriented healthcare companies achieve sustainable organizational scale. Prior roles include leadership positions at Ross & Company, Lindsey and Company, O'Keefe & Partners, Peppers & Rogers Group, and Fairfax Group, where Woodward built a strong foundation in executive search and recruitment. Woodward holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Babson College and attended Fairfield Prep and St. Lukes for earlier education.
