Scott Shirley

Scott Shirley is an experienced municipal services professional, currently serving as the Municipal Services Manager at Chastain & Associates LLC since February 2022. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Interim Director of Public Works for the City of Bozeman under contract with GovHRUSA from May 2021 to January 2022. With extensive experience in public works management, Scott served as the Director of Public Works for the Village of Arlington Heights from January 1999 to April 2021 and the City of Des Plaines from December 1993 to January 1999. Earlier in their career, Scott was the Assistant Director of Public Works for the Village of Wheeling and worked as an Assistant Research Engineer at Construction Technology Laboratories, Inc. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
