Issha Shah

Issha Shah has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Software Engineer at Brisk Engineering in 2012, where they developed backend software for machine-to-machine applications. From 2013 to 2018, Issha worked as a Software Developer at CCC Information Services, contributing to large-scale SaaS business applications and implementing data handling frameworks. In 2019, they joined Replicon as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and also worked as a Business Admin Practicum Student. During this time, they developed recruiting strategies, conducted candidate evaluations, and assisted with office administrative tasks. In the same year, Issha also began working at Chata as an Integration Analyst and later became a Team Lead - Integrations. Their responsibilities at Chata included transforming data analysis through an AI-driven app and providing technical expertise in integration projects. Alongside their professional work, Issha was a Peer Tutor and Technology Assistant at Bow Valley College from 2018 to 2019, where they supported students with various academic and technological questions.

Issha Shah completed their high school education at C.N. Vidyalaya from 1995 to 2005. They then attended Ankur School from 2005 to 2007. Afterward, they enrolled at Amrita School of Engineering from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Most recently, in 2018-2019, Issha attended Bow Valley College and obtained a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General.
