Mary Ebuziem

Mary Ebuziem's most recent work experience was with Chatdesk where they worked as a Sales Analyst starting in July 2020. During their time there, they helped e-commerce brands like OLAPLEX and BarkBox scale their customer support team and drive conversions, particularly on social media channels. Mary recruited and trained US-based agents to provide personalized responses to customer questions, resulting in a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
