Melissa Racheal

Melissa Racheal began their work experience in 2019 as a Social Media Intern at Appen, where they worked from March 2019 to May 2022. Following this, they worked as a Freelance Writer at Fiverr, starting in 2019. Currently, Melissa works at Chatdesk as a Sales Development Representative, beginning in January 2020. In this role, they are responsible for identifying potential leads, generating and qualifying leads, prospecting, and tracking client information using Hubspot and CRM tools. Melissa also creates and runs campaigns and sequences.

Melissa Racheal pursued their education from 2012 to 2017 at Federal Polytechnic Oko in Anambra, Nigeria. During this time, they completed a Higher National Diploma with a focus on Microbiology and Biochemistry. In 2022, they attended Alx Africa for a brief period to explore the field of Virtual Assistant. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this experience.
