Monica Gaitan

Monica Gaitan is a seasoned marketing and museum professional with a diverse background in visitor experience, network development, and corporate sustainability. Currently serving as a Marketing Officer at château de Versailles since December 2022, Monica previously worked as a Visitor Experience and Development Officer at Musée national Picasso-Paris from June 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Network Development Officer at ICOM - International Council of Museums from June 2013 to May 2020 and as a Philanthropy Coordinator at HSBC in 2011-2012. Monica's early career includes positions at prominent institutions such as Musée du Louvre and Musée d'Orsay as a Curatorial Assistant. Educational qualifications encompass specialized masters in Arts Management from ESCP Business School and Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, as well as a Master’s degree in Museum Studies and Heritage from Ecole Du Louvre, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Art History from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
