Maxim Vitica is an experienced restaurant manager with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at Bonefish Grill since September 2021, Maxim also holds the position of Outlet Manager at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Maxim was the Director of Food and Beverage for several establishments including Anglers Beachside Grill, Salvatis Pizza Factory, Yogo Mogos, and Guido O'Learys from May 2017 to September 2019. Additionally, Maxim gained valuable experience as a Senior Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from September 2013 to May 2017, and as a Manager at Olive Garden from January 2005 to September 2013.
