Tamra Godfrey, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Chateau Retirement Communities since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tamra was the Senior Director of People and Strategy at Blanton Turner from June 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for 200 employees in a third-party property management company. Tamra's experience also includes roles at PayNorthwest as HRIS Project Manager and several positions at Chateau Retirement Communities, including Marketing Director and Human Resources Manager. Tamra's early career features work as an independent contractor at McMurdo Station supporting the United States Antarctic Program. Tamra holds a B.A. in Sociology and Art History from the University of Washington and is an Executive MBA student at the UW Foster School of Business.
