Vlad Bulochnikov

Vlad Bulochnikov has worked in the tech industry since 2007. In that year, they began working as a Programmer Analyst at TSYS. In 2007, they also took on the role of Project Manager at Electronnaya Shkola, where they managed the "Pupil's Card" project with a budget of 5 million USD and 109 schools. In 2013, they became the CEO of Sming-Media LLC, where they built a local TV channel from scratch, including the broadcasting license, IT infrastructure, HR, operational management, and commercial video production. In 2014, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of PRODIV LLC. In 2017, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of izibits, an OTC-platform which uses chatbot technology as a user interaction interface and provides services in the most popular messengers. Finally, in 2018, they became the Co-Founder and CEO & Co-founder of Chatex, a bot which simplifies the exchange and trade of crypto and fiat currencies for any user at any level of experience. The privacy and reliability of all transactions are secured by advanced private-banking grade anti-fraud and PIN-code technology.

Vlad Bulochnikov attended the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS" (Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys) from 1999 to 2004, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Computer Science.
