Clarissa Davis has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Associate Director of Sales and previously as the Director of Catering at Chatham Bars Inn since May 2002. Prior roles include Food and Beverage Director, Sommelier, and Dining Room Manager at The White Elephant from April 2000 to April 2002, as well as Sommelier and Dining Room Manager at Toppers at The Wauwinet from April 1998 to April 2002. Clarissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from the University of Arizona, which was obtained between 1993 and 1997, and attended Bilkent University from 1992 to 1994.
