Katie Steenstra

Katie Steenstra is an experienced Human Resources Generalist currently employed at Chatham Bars Inn since March 2018. Previously, Katie worked at MEDITECH as a Recruiting Specialist/Training Specialist from January 1997 to July 2005, where responsibilities included streamlining hiring processes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire training. Earlier in their career, Katie served as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Medical Portfolio Management from September 1995 to September 1996, managing travel arrangements and office coordination. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Anselm College, completed from 1990 to 1994, and participated in Americorps from 1995 to 1996.
