Joe Buck

Joe Buck serves as the President of the Savannah Chatham Board of Public Education since January 2019 and as the Executive Champion for Savannah Graduates since April 2015, advocating for education and workforce development in Savannah and the surrounding region. Previously, Joe Buck held the position of Vice President for Student Affairs Emeritus at Armstrong Atlantic State University from 1968 to 2006. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Georgia, a Master’s degree in Student Personnel/Higher Education from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Auburn University.
