Ronald Aikens

Ronald Aikens, Ed.S, SHRM-SCP, IPMA-SCP currently serves as a Lead Faculty Member/Adjunct Instructor at Columbia College. Ronald also holds the position of Work Based Learning/Youth Apprentice/JROTC Coordinator at Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. With extensive experience in human resources, Ronald has managed classified staffing, employee engagement, recruitment strategies, and conducted orientation programs. Additionally, Ronald has a background in fundraising and resource development. Ronald's educational background includes an Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S) in Educational Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University.
