Hunter Marr, LEED AP, RPA, currently serves as the Director of Marketplace Operations at CrowdStreet, overseeing the online marketplace that connects commercial real estate sponsors with equity investors and driving strategic planning aligned with corporate OKRs. Additionally, Hunter is a member of the Board of Directors at Global InterXchange, focusing on providing fiber connectivity to underserved markets in New York and New Jersey. Previously, Hunter held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kanmar Commercial, where responsibilities included international corporate strategy, risk management, and financial planning. Hunter also served as Director of Real Estate Services at Unico Properties LLC, managing a significant portfolio, and as General Manager at CBRE, leading a portfolio of institutionally owned Class A assets. Earlier experience includes co-founding Maram Holdings, where Hunter expanded asset management from $40 million to over $850 million across multiple states. Hunter earned a BBA in Finance and Economics from William & Mary.

Founded in 1961, as Southside Fire Department, Chatham Emergency Services (CES) is a community-owned, not for profit Fire and EMS agency. Chatham Emergency Services is committed to providing the highest level of emergency service to all of Chatham County. CES operates with a team of 450 personnel, both paid and volunteer, exemplifying safety and community protection. 98% of all employees and volunteers live in Chatham County. We provide services, “for the community, by the community.”
